The Zauberin Family Crypts are an interconnecting mass of tunnels and underground burial chambers beneath the High Temple in the Ether Realm, wherein late members of the Zauberin family are entombed. Due to the nature of the all-being Æthera Zauberin and the genetic bloodline present in all of her descendants, the cadavers of the Zauberin family do not decompose with age. As such, all sixteen generations of Zauberins are buried in the crypts, and are perfectly preserved without need for embalming practices or other chemical influences. They are one of the only known families - aside from the Eisens - who bury their dead rather than cremating them.
